Sponsorships
The Sunrise 'rice-money' comes mainly from individuals and families, who are very important to the children. We arrange for hand-written letters in Khmer and English (or paintings from the younger children) to be sent to sponsors by the children, and replies are eagerly awaited.
Many sponsors choose to donate to the orphanage costs generally — some regularly with a monthly sponsorship of $40 or even more and some with 'one-off' donations.
Donations large and small are warmly received and appreciated.
